Cost & Considerations

There is a 4-person minimum and a 25-person maximum for all plated dinner parties. All dinner parties are priced per person and include taxes. If your group is larger than 25 people, we recommend opting for an appetizer buffet or other catering options. Appetizer buffets and caterings are subject to applicable sales tax. Gratuity is not included or expected but is greatly appreciated.

A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to all card payments. Cash, check, or Bank to Bank ACH transfers are preferred forms of payment. Table linens, plateware, silverware, and glassware will be provided by the chef.

Marble & Marrow takes allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously and will do everything possible to ensure your safety and make accommodations. Please communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions to the chef when making your reservation. If you have any questions about certain ingredients or cooking methods, please do not hesitate to ask.

A 25% deposit will be taken at time of booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Effective January 1, 2025: Reservation dates will not be held until a 25% deposit has been paid. Due to high demand, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit. Reservations can be rescheduled for a different date 5 days or more in advance of original reservation date with the deposit going towards the new reservation date. Rescheduling less than 5 days prior to event will require an additional deposit for the new date and forfeiture of the first deposit (to go towards the cost of food and materials already purchased). We apologize for any inconvenience, but these measures are necessary to protect our company from financial loss due to circumstances outside of our control. Thank you for understanding.
